Our goal at Fresh is to empower and inspire the individual to make choices about their own health and wellbeing. This Thursday we are hosting a screening and foodie demo with the team that first inspired us to begin our Fresh journey, Food Matters.
Join us from 5.30pm this Thursday August 25 as we host a foodie demonstration in our kitchen and a screening of the amazing documentary Food Matters.
This is a free event as we believe that this film is a MUST SEE. We encourage you to bring along your friends and families, all ages are welcome however bookings are essential due to limited seating.
