Each month we have a Fresh Focus to motivate us to keep working on our overall health and wellbeing. September will see Fresh Holistic Health focusing on our physical health.
We are setting ourselves some physical goals and we encourage you to do the same. It could be to start training for a fun run, it might be to stretch every morning or improve your posture. Perhaps it is to have that old sporting injury looked at. Whatever your goal, we are excited to assist you in achieving it.
This month our Fresh Studio kicks off Adult Ballet, the perfect session for those looking to improve their strength and fitness. Its an alternative to the standard gym workouts and great fun, perfect for beginners the sessions are run by two passionate and highly qualified ballet instructors, Lyn and Laura. For those with physical ailments or looking to improve their physical functionality book a consult with Dr Katrina Dwyer or Dr Cassie Lacey our resident Osteopaths. Our Physiotherapist Dr Ben Gaffney is available for appointments on Wednesdays and also instructs the Qigong studio sessions twice a week.
In September we also have Dr Marsh Godsall joining The Fresh Team, Dr Godsall is now taking appointments and new patients.
