This month, Fresh Holistic Health undertook a voluntary accreditation process which involved meeting a set of nationally recognised standards. Accreditation is a regular process undertaken every three years and involves an independent third party assessment of how the practice operates. Accreditation is an integral part of good general practice in Australia.
From our reception staff to the practice manager; practice nurses to the doctors; there is an entire team of people working together to ensure you get the best quality health care. Accreditation means:

· My records are checked and maintained by the appropriate clinical team members
· My practice stays informed about current quality health care
· My practice continuously looks at ways to improve
