We start with a gentle grounding yoga practice, a slow paced yoga flow, allowing time to feel your body move, to feel yourself breathe, giving yourself time to nurture your organs, bones, joints, muscles and cells and most importantly calming your nervous system and calming your mind…

Then you will be guided through the practice of Yoga Nidra, which is a powerful form of relaxation that induces deep physical, emotional and mental state. The technique of Yoga Nidra enables us to retain awareness as we enter into the dream and sleeping states of consciousness, helping to restore a healthy emotional state by releasing any emotions or thoughts that no longer serve us. All bodily systems also come into a place of deep restoration and balance. And the best part is you are lying down in a comfortable position the whole time, simply listening and being guided on a journey of body awareness.

After having a delicious cup of herbal tea, you will then learn about the health benefits of essential oils and how they play a powerful role in balancing our emotions. Discover how to transform everyday emotions such as stress, overwhelm, anger, worry, grief, hurt, trust, peace and love by weaving therapeutic-grade essential oils into your everyday life.

You get to make your own doTERRA pure essential oil rollerball to take home.
